Updated March 2019 to remove Google+ links
I have an account with google phots on my I phone. My Iphone broke and now I have an android. I can not log into google photos with the right email and password. How do I recover my old information?
ReplyDeleteAngela: you will need to figure out the correct email username for that Google Photos account. You can try the Google Account Recovery process (accounts.google.com/signin/recovery). Make your best guess as to what the email username is. Or, if you cannot guess at all, click the "Find my account" link.
