New this week: Google+ rolled out updates for web and desktop, the YouTube Editor can now blur moving objects, and Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) are now supported by AdSense, Google Analytics and Wordpress. It was a relatively quiet week this week, with a few updates and tips for YouTube, Google+, Businesses getting on Google, Blogger, Hangouts, Google Photos, AdSense and more. This week’s big news is that Picasa and Picasa web albums will be shutting down. YouTube Red Originals are now available and you can now find out what your fans think with YouTube Poll Cards. Google+ got updates for both the Android app and desktop web preview. Plus there are updates and tips for Project Fi, Gmail, Google Maps, Google Forms, AdSense, Blogger, social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and more. The heart was Made With Code #CodedWithLove and is meant to be animated like so: I considered trying to work in an image based on this week’s very cool announcement of the first detection of gravitational waves , but a Valentine heart seemed more timely.
