Week in Review - April 30, 2016: YouTube, Google Photos, AdSense

This week’s big news was YouTube’s announcement of an improved Content ID process that lets Creators earn while the claim is being disputed. That means that false claims won’t cost Creators money. YouTube also updated the mobile app with improved suggestions, launched the new YouTube Space in Toronto, and introduced new 6 second “bumper” ads.

Plus Google Photos lets you edit auto-created movies, there are new Page-Level ads for AdSense Publishers, and updates for Inbox, Gmail, Google Calendar, webmasters and much more!

And there is also plenty of Google news - in this year’s “Founders’ Letter” Sundar Pichai took a look at where Google is heading (AI all the way!), and the company is reportedly starting its own hardware division and an in-house business incubator for employees.

  1. Peggy I really hope you get this I see you are pretty knowledgeable on adsense and I could really use some help.. :/ hopefully a simple fix (I hope) I had a old email with adsense hooked into facebook. I delete this email 100%. Made a new email verify it through YouTube getting it all set up I try to add it to adsense and it tell me they can't cause my info matches my old deleted email. Is there anyway to fix this???? Redbluepawnsyou@gmail.com
